We nemen uw opmerkingen over het aantal en de netheid van de sanitaire voorzieningen, de nabijheid van de staanplaatsen en de geluidsoverlast 's nachts echter zeer serieus. De rust en het comfort van onze vakantiegangers hebben onze prioriteit, dus we zullen extra alert zijn. Wat betreft de animatie nemen we ook uw suggestie mee om meer Engels of Nederlands te integreren, zodat onze activiteiten toegankelijker worden voor al onze internationale vakantiegangers. We zijn erg blij te horen dat u de animaties dit jaar hebt gewaardeerd en dat de disco-, dans- en karaoke-avonden een aangename toevoeging waren. We zijn ook verheugd dat u het nieuwe sanitairgebouw naar uw zin vond. Wat betreft uw suggesties voor verbetering: we zijn ons bewust van het probleem met de boiler en het warme water 's avonds en we onderzoeken momenteel mogelijke oplossingen. We zullen ook het afvoersysteem in de douches laten controleren. Wat betreft de chemische toiletten willen we u geruststellen: er is een speciale afvoer voor chemische toiletten in het hoofdgebouw van de camping en er is een extra afvoerpunt bij de ingang van de camping. Nogmaals bedankt voor uw opmerkingen: ze helpen ons om de camping voortdurend te verbeteren. We hopen u volgend jaar weer te mogen verwelkomen! Hallo Miranda, Bedankt voor uw feedback en uw complimenten over onze camping, het zwembad en het restaurant. We zijn blij dat u deze aspecten zo waardeert. Wat betreft uw opmerking over het zwembad: onze badmeesters Charlotte en Maxime zijn elke dag aanwezig, van de opening tot de sluiting van het zwemparadijs, om de veiligheid van alle zwemmers, jong en oud, te waarborgen. We begrijpen heel goed hoe belangrijk het is om voortdurend waakzaam te zijn, vooral rond het peuterbad en de diepere zwembaden. Dat gezegd zijnde, blijft het toezicht op kinderen ook een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid van de ouders, vooral rond de zwembaden. Wat betreft de geluidsoverlast, het spijt ons dat dit uw verblijf heeft verstoord. Helaas hebben we geen controle over het geluidsniveau van de naburige campings. We doen er alles aan om een rustige omgeving binnen onze camping te garanderen. We hopen u toch nog eens te mogen verwelkomen, onder rustigere omstandigheden. Votre remarque sur l’implication de l’équipe d’animation nous touche particulièrement, et nous prenons bien note de votre ressenti concernant les moyens mis à leur disposition. Concernant votre remarque sur la gestion des transats, la réservation de ceux-ci est interdite, comme indiquée à la piscine. Notre maitre-nageur fait donc au mieux pour trier les transats réservés de ceux occupés. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés si vous avez eu le sentiment d’un traitement injuste.
